Book an experience

A relaxed, hands-on session where you can meet the residents, ask questions and handle animals at your own pace. We start small — a corn snake, a bearded dragon — and only go bigger if you want to.

Before you book

Send us a request and we'll confirm it by email. Pay on the day, cash or card. The fee goes straight back into the animals.

The session fee covers up to 4 people, then it's £5 per extra person. Bringing a bigger group? Give us a ring and we'll sort it out.

Plans change — that's fine. If you need to cancel or move your session, give us a ring as far ahead as you can and we'll rearrange it. There's nothing to refund, because you pay on the day. If you can't make it and haven't been able to let us know, just book again when you're ready.

Handling rules

—Everyone is supervised by a member of the team at all times.
—Use hand gel before and after handling.
—Snakes are never placed around anyone's head or neck.
—No handling for children under 5, and no touching for children under 3.
—Children aged 3 to 5 may touch an animal only while one of our team (16+) is holding it.
—Animals can bite and may carry infections, which is why we're strict about the above.
